June Holidays 2010

Tomorrow marks the actual start of 2010 June Holiday. Woots! It seems that we are already starting to party this weekend and spam play our games as there will be no more school. But remember people, homework must be done! This applies to all except for the fortunate few that do not have any homework or have to go overseas and have no time for homework. Even for the latter, there should be some time for homework or you could even bring your home work to the holiday destination itself.
The pre-hols started off with a VeSUCK day, as we have to do many stuff like spring cleaning, etc etc. But who cares, in the end we still play harder than we worked. My MSG this term was the same as last term, but who gives a damn anymore, its PLAY TIME

I am Back, and badder than ever:D

Welcome back to my blog! I stayed away for quite a few weeks because of the exams that came in my way. I have been leeching for the past few days and I have leveled quite a number of times. I have then trained to lvl 120 at 3.30pm and have advanced to a NIGHTLORD. Woots! Just 1 day before the release of Evan, I have acquired by dream. Now its time for a never ending training for my NightLord.
There has been quite a few glitches in Maple these few days. One such glitch is that the Guild BBS and Guild Notice is unable to post anything, and this has really pissed me off because I want to post in the Guild Notice how many times our Guild, StarBuckz, has killed Captain Latanica. To date, we have killed 7, with me,UniForceX, killing one Solo, of course with the help of my cousin, PuR3pR0aGe to HyberBody me. Another such glitch is that when people receive one 'Orb of Fire Wand' from the gachapon event, the Lucky winner in the text box shows 2 instead of 1. Today I confirmed with Han Long[GildThief] and he said that they will only receive one of the wand.
So, about my nightlord. I have many special thanks to many people, such as Han Long [ GildThief ] whom have given me invaluable advice on where and how to train, and also giving me tips on how to be a trader, and thus I used the amount of money that I had earned to leech myself at the early levels. Spammers include Vesteta, iBabyQueenie and KeroKTeropy have spammed me from Lvl 106 and [of course] I have paid them the amount they asked for. Relentlessly, they have spammed for a total of about 14 hours, within 2 days, and I have attained the title of NightLord, with iBabyQueenie spamming me from Lvl119 69.18% - Lvl 120. Ringers, a few whom i remember, JordanJC, MrBanditto a.k.a Sioong whom have sold me their ring services. Without them, I would not have been what I have been today.
I also would like to thank my many friends and relatives and anonymous users whom have sponsored me, mega-ed me when I reached lvl 120, or congratulated me over FaceBook. These people inclue:

Labour day FTW

Today is labour day, now slacking in the room typing this blog post. Hey, i am not no lifing, i am just sian from reading the Ben Walsh that made my bag so freaking heavy. sian, adolf hitler makes my life so hard, another general cause of the world war II. i have a bad feeling about this, but seriously though, a weird dream on a couple of people had happened thrice already, and the main 'character' appeared thrice in the same dream, the most recent being only last night. DAMM

Financial Crisis, what is it?

The most recent financial crisis had set me thinking on how the stock market crashed. Curiosity aroused in me. Why, I thought, the money was still circulating around the sellers and the buyers would in the end have to sell it away, and gain back the money, that's if they manage to sell it away. This post I am writing on is for novices who wants to know how the stock market crash.
At the start, you may think that the money was still circulating around the buyers and thus there would be no way the stock market could ever crash. But think about it, if you are an investor, you would surely want to gain profit from your shares that you sell right? So this is where the problem comes in. People felt that buying shares was the easiest way to earn money, and the economy bloomed. It was then the people started to feel greedy and wanted more than what they had before. Take for example a scenario: Investor A bought an item from a seller at a price of $1, and sold it off at a price of $1.20, earning him a profit of 20cents. Investor B then buys from Investor A, knowing that he is able to earn a profit if he buys from Investor A, and he sells it off to Investor C, at another profit of 20cents. This trend then goes on all the way until the price of that share itself is so high that no one wants to buy it anymore. So much of the shares is circulating around in the market, why should anyone want to buy it at such a high price? When unable to sell it off, the investor would start to consider selling it off at the price that he has bought it for, which makes him unable to earn a profit. When no one wants to buy it at the decreased price, investors start to consider a loss, as long as they get back their money. This is when the share price starts to plummet, and the stock market crashes.

Today was quite a fun day actually, without the droning of my History Teacher again. Every week without fail, it will be that very only lesson I will feel bored or tired or even sleepy. PFFFT. Grrrr. hate myself for the Maths Test today DARN... SSS ASA SAS AAS RHS WTF
hate myself. my results so fking bad sia. must mug le. results for next maths test must be at least 36, if not cannot get A1 for maths. maybe can get a 32 then get a A2, but i seriously want an A1.

Well, this is a game like no other. It is a tower defense game, with superb graphics and is extremely addictive. When you start playing, you will say, its so boring, but as you advance through the ages, you will find that it gets more interesting, and as you progress, you find that the monsters get steadily harder to kill. There is no definite health to the monsters, with bosses having the highest Health Points. There is no such thing as a Mana Points, as no other tower defense game has. You will find that at the start of the game, it is freaking boring, but the desire to continue continues evermore until you die as you progress into the game.
The rounds have only these few types of monsters : Grunts, Runners, Saboteurs, Deflectors and Flyers. Grunts are the most common units, appearing 3~4 times per round. The rest only appear once. I believe that from the name Runners, you can tell that it has high speed, but as all TD games say, Runners have low HP. Saboteurs have lower hp than Grunts, but do 2X damage to your fortress. Deflectors have FREAKING high hp, but low speed. Flyers have 30% more hp than grunts, and move 40% faster than grunts, though 20% slower than runners. Thus, I feel that the most dangerous units are the flyers, followed by deflectors, than saboteurs, than grunts/runners.

Paiseh, forget to blog on the day i leveled from 103~105 :P
When to train at Petrifighters with my spammer at Along the Road to Ulu City. EXP there was not bad, about 4k per mob and 500EXP per mob that they kill. :D Trained there for a while before the 2X event and then went to Leafre to train on Newties. Tried the first lane for the first time in my life. I have a 95% chance of surviving at 1st Lane. O.o twice they hit me 3032 dmg, I think thats the highest, when I have 2983 hp. Twice I was left with 1hp. Good thing I got maxed alchemist, which heals 50% more HP/MP using a single pot. Alchemist seriously helps. Went on 4X for that day itself, when I leeched also on 4X + Ringer on the second day of the holidays. Not too bad eh? Got my fundings from my sis and han long. Sis 'sponsored' me 40m when I helped her sell her PAC (2wa). Now i got 14xm and planning to use it all for leeching or grinding. Hoping to hit Night Lord during the June Hols :D

Someone, apparently, jumped onto the train track and got hit by a train heading towards Pasir Ris. Intention of jumping onto the track was unknown. It is rumored that the person is actually dead. Wait, I cant comment on that. But someone said that the person is actually dead. Forgot whom. Please do forgive me if the person is not actually dead and leave me a comment in the comment tag. But seriously, why jump onto a train track and risk getting killed by a speeding train travelling at a minimum speed of 100km/h? Well, he might want to pick up his things that dropped onto the train track, but at least ask a guard to help you to take it instead of getting it yourself. Imagine how worried your parents will be. Might be due to his desperation in order to get his item that caused him to jump onto the train track and get hit by a train. Maybe he was scared and embarrassed or shy to get someone like a guard to help him get his items.

Leeching and training

I leeched about 7 levels on Tuesday at Entrance to the Spooky World. My level became from 95~102. Really exciting, as your EXP flies up so fast! on 4X EXP and Ringer, with every Genesis from a 1Hitter at Spooky, bebe4ngeL, I gained about 0.45% per fresh mob. It was a continuous, extremely tiring, 6 hrs leech, from 8am~2pm. Spent about 70m on the leech. Quite worth it though, leveled up 7 times. Maxed my Alchemist and Avenger at Lvl 25. Not too bad for me.
On Wednesday, which is today, I leveled up from 102~103. Did not leech as I did not have the time. Met Zhi Wei in MP3 and Han Long showed off his Hwabi Throwing Stars. Getting excited now as 120 draws nearer. But I am fearing that I will not be able to get my Triple Throw Skillbook, so I am trying to save up on mesos. Hope that will be able to reach my target before this EOY and then can have more fun bossing and messing around with guildmates and friends :D
Mong Party was actually a very fast training idea for me. Went there with my sister, whom was not a 100% hitter at Mong, and since I was on 2X EXP, and with my sister's HolySymbol, I managed to gain 7k EXP per mong that I kill fully. About 8% per 5min that I train. So I recommend this place to everyone that is trying to advance to 4th job quickly. But this only applies to Hermits/ attackers.
Slacked today, managed to find out about the game that I had wanted for so long. Wait, it was only for 3 days. Search it. It is a mobile phone game. Tower Wars - Time Guardian. Last played this game in P6 everyday during Chinese Class after PSLE. Teacher let us slack. But that was like 2~3 years ago. T_T

1st Delphinus Auf Haven down :D

Three cheers to the killers of the first ever Auf Haven run in Delphinus! Yay! There is proof to this. Nope, not whether they mega it or anything, but its that there is now the Auf Haven Circlet! I will post the screenshot sometime soon. But not now. By the way, I just leveled up to level 93 yesterday. Went on 15min 2X EXP and then trained from 82~98% by sniping at newties. Then, survived the last 2% using normal lucky sevens without Shadow Partner. Didnt want to waste it LOL. Auf Haven Circlet is so damm pro. Though it may have a disbelieving +1stat to all, but guess what, it has 20 slots! That can give you something more powerful then Scarlion Helmet. For example, all 60/70% of Helmet for Dex, it may result in a 41dex helmet! Damm godly. If all 10/30% were to success, then the Dex of the Auf Haven Circlet would be 61, where no other hat can ever hit.
Han Long downed 1X sams and then gained 60% of level 127. Grats dude :D Training DaNubAran for Tan Hee by tomorrow. Will try to. 18m+9slot Mamba. I think that it should be possible. 2 levels. Hmmmmm...
Planning to sell REP points tomorrow. 5~6m each, then faster go newtie train LOL. Then gain money for training. :D

today EOTA so fun LOL. i thought we going somewhere near to HwaChong to bowl, but guess what, we went to Orchid Bowl! OMGMGMGMG, seems like i am the only one who knows the way there. the teacher dont even know, gotta ask me lol. played TapTap on the bus there, then we played 2 games. Well, hanlong pwned us in the 1st game, zhi wei pwned us in the second game. lol i got second in both. tan hee's LIMBEI method failed. only once did it get 9 lol. my points both less than 100 FAIL. 60+nia. i suck at bowling, gotta practice more.
at around 11plus, we were told that today got half day. hoped that bo cca, so that can go home straight, but too sad, got cca, go in there 1 min then come out liao lol, doing my holiday lib duty on thurs 3 hrs.

first day of it home learning

it wasnt that bad, just that there were some minor defects. not really defects, its either the teacher did not set the quiz properly or the quiz was having some glitches. 1 question in the quiz = 100points. and there was 10 questions in 1 quiz. i expected the questions to be really difficult and thus its worth 100points. but noo. the questions were quite simple actually. but there were a few problems actually.
1. we were only given 10seconds to do 1 question. so about 1split second=1point. ( rough calculation)
2. there was no way to read the question if you want to get >80 points. this then relies on your memory and reflexes skills.
3. my highest score was a score of 851/1000. i remembered to log in before i started the quiz. but after that technical glitches occured. they stated that i had not logged in. but i could not even submit my score. the submit button was a no-link, utterly-useless button. so my memory efforts were like totally wasted.
4. another technical glitch. how can a question have no correct options. this then deterred my from my passing grade. >:I
ahh well. lets just see what the teacher says about it. passing grade for the quiz is 750/1000.
its either its close to impossible, or she set the numbers wrongly.
as stated before, 1split second = 1point. >850/1000(ithink) were given a bonus mark in the test of 1.
990/1000 ( no kidding) gives you 2 bonus points. i solely confessed and relented and said: THATS IT. i give up
lets hope tmr will not be the same like today. all else is well.

But he does not know the key ingredient to creating the vaccine. I quote here:'to this day, they do not know exactly what cells or immune responses could protect the body from HIV infection. Could be antibody that binds and neutralizes do the trick?'(pg27) With this, they cannot create their vaccine or cure for AIDS.

Heard about the toyota crisis?

I hereby refer to the TIME magazine about the toyota crisis. about this, it isnt really important stuff, since toyota had some problems already. but i would like to quote what they said in it and give my personal opinions. if i do write anything wrong, please drop me a comment in the comment link below.
Pg15.'Feb 2010' Prius and Lexus hybirds are recalled for brake problems in 2010 models. I do not agree on this statement that is made. All cars have brake problems, it is how well it is done out. whether brake smooth or not, it depends on the braking system. no car is ever perfect, so is no person ever perfect. well, toyota had to take back 3.8m vehicles back from the US and i feel that this is a way too large amount.

Went to watch Dark Knight, I think 3mins of it, in The Space ( Opposite Lab 5), also what i call it as sparky corner. the show was mainly on fighting like CounterStrike. So, i gave up watching halfway and backed away to the store area. 1 guy offered me 30cents per packet drink. i felt like buying it, but i ran out of money. actually, if i were to buy it, i can sell to the class at 50cents per pack, earning me 20cents per packet. but if the drinks were not bought, then i will drink it LOL.

we had a debate in class about what level claw are what. i thought purpledragon sleeve was level 120, but hanlong and zhiwei said it was 110. so i got overpowered 2-1, so i rather accept the facts. well now we are also having a debate on craven. i said craven was level 90, zhiwei 1st said 80 before changing to 100 after i told him the level 80 claw was mamba. han long was all the way 100. again, i got overpowered 2-1, so i again rather accept than to carry on the controversy.

OK. well today currently Sunday, weather is not too bad, windy most of the day ( on my side of singapore). i apparently NOMNOMNOM a whole tin of biscuits. milk biscuits i think, cos they are white. visitors were expected to arrive today but apparently...well, i think they forgot to come. so, no greeting of some new people :D. the con is that i bo angpao to receive liao.
today science tuition, chemistry to be exact, was like, OMG. i understood most of it, well but i gotta revise it, chem test this thurs, right after school.
cant wait for this wednesday, annual cross country. expecting it to be damm fun :D from tan hee, i voted for the song 21 Guns by Green Day. the song was quite nice. just that some parts i dont understand LOL. wanting to play maple.. arrgh. anyways, must concentrate on my history first, then think about the FUTURE.
